On the basis of your drawings, plans or models, our studio conceives, manages and executes all of your modeling needs while guaranteeing you accuracy and efficient integration with our Store Visualizer.
Planning a custom 3D store
For VTales to be able to create and design your 3D environments in real time with a photorealistic quality, a certain amount of information is
needed about the construction and the visual appearance of these future environments.
This document gives a rundown of the elements requested by our 3D design department to prepare an offer and bring the project to a successful conclusion.
Elements to be forwarded to our design department :

The various plans, drawings and sketches of the building to be built in 3D.
•
Photographs of existing similar buildings, if available.
•
Information regarding the construction: the measurements, scale, materials, colours, level of detail, etc.
•
The lighting plan, details about the light sources (type of lighting, fixtures, brightness, emission spectrum, etc).
•
Information
on the user’s areas of action (the places to which the user could move
the camera viewpoint and interact with the scene if there are movement
restrictions in relation to the construction, etc.).
•
The 3D files or information on any packaging, specific accessories, logos or decorative elements which you would like to see featured in the scene.
•
Your schedule and possible deadline.
Based
on the information you provided, we will establish a development plan and an offer.
Construction
Upon receipt of your signed order, we will start the construction of your custom store environment:
•
Modeling of the building and possible exterior environment.
•
Adding of the light sources according to the lighting plan.
•
Texturing of the store, selection of the surfaces and materials.
•
Modeling of the furniture and other optional 3D objects.
During the entire process, we will provide you with intermediate drafts of your project. Your feedback will help us designing the exact store and environment you had in mind.
Delivery
Once the project is finalized according to your requirements, we will provide you with all needed files that can directly be opened in Store Visualizer:
•
The 3D store, interior and optional exterior (3dw file) and the environment (vtcep file).
•
A project template (vtpr file).
•
Libraries containing optional 3D models like store furniture (l3dw files).
All this files will be delivered as an easy to use zip file.
